French cuisine is featured prominently in the Europe section, but included also are recipes from other European cuisines, notably from Finland/Sweden, Italy and Spain. In the Americas section, the menus are from Mexico and the Southwestern United States. The Asia section reflects a particular fondness for Thai food.
The dishes vary in the time and effort required to prepare them. While most recipes are relatively easy to implement, they do assume some basic knowledge of cooking. Unless otherwise noted, the recipes are designed to serve 6 people.
